Larvikite is the national rock of Norway. Larvikite is a black igneous rock made of mostly feldspar but within the feldspar are these little shimmery-blue crystals that throw beautifully in the sun. Larvikite is believed to have formed around 18 miles below the Earth’s surface and around 298 million years ago….so with age comes wisdom making this stone a WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE.
